I want to advertise a affiliate url link on yahoo search marketing but this does not possible as the number of characters in the link are too many to be accepted and also there is only a box when you are setting up the advert for one url I need to add a destination and display url. I don’t understand how you can do this.

You are having a very long url I guess, maybe use a shorter url?
The display url is what gets displayed in your ad and destination url is where the visitor is taken when he clicks on your ad.
Try an URL shortening service like tinyurl.com or bit.ly
If you create an account with bit.ly you can monitor the clicks.
If you have to use 2 boxes, you’d put the product name or similar in the description box, and the URL ( which will look something like bit.ly/de4sde) into the destination box.
