NO, They are all scams and spams.. its better to stay away…
Most ‘make money online’ ideas are just scams, sadly. You can make some money online by writing reviews and taking part in surveys at http://www.ciao.com/www.ciao.co.uk, but you will not make much (and it can take several months for your money to reach your bank account, anyway).
Another idea would be to sell things you no longer need on eBay. If you’re good with your hands, maybe you could even make things to sell, such as jewellery, cards, bird houses, love spoons…
I’m sorry there’s no guaranteed way to make (good) money fast online. For a more regular income, you would be better off with a paper round. Maybe early in the mornings, before school? That’s what I did, because I didn’t want to be seen, and it was great exercise. Plus, at Christmas, I got lots of tips. I didn’t have to collect any money (remember: if they don’t pay for their newspapers, you have to and then you have to chase them to get your money back) and I always got paid on time.
Good luck to you and your family. It’s really good of you to try and help, but don’t try to take on too much responsibility: you can only do so much and you’d be better off doing well at school, getting good grades and getting a good job when you leave. That would be the best way to help your family.
Lots of ways to make money. If you like writing, sign up with clickbank.com and cj.com and become an affiliate for any number of products you can write about. Join squidoo, ezine, digg, and associatedcontent and post your articles there. Some sites will even pay you to write articles. Don’t fall for scams. I’ve only found one site that is actually legit to make money. It does take some effort on your part as well as a little time.
As someone else suggested you can start writing an interesting blog, and not so surprisingly just because you are a girl, you will receive much more attention than a male for your posts. So exploit this fact with adsense ads, if your blog becomes slightly popular there’s a very good revenue potential to help you.

Don’t try to make any money online. Any thing that you see online as a way to make money is a pure scam.
