If you don't want to create a website, you can use the affiliate provider's website (if they have one). Obviously, whoever's website you use, you still have to market it. You can use socialbookmarking sites or use Google Adwords or Yahoo Ads. Just don't post in forums or other places or else they'll be marked as spam.
