Has Anyone Bought A Home-based Business Off Of E-bay. Are They Just “scams”?
by admin on November 4, 2009
I see alot of websites for sale on Ebay. Are these businesses just smoke and mirrors? Has anyone out there bought one and actually done well, and secured a good profit with one? Or are they just money-makers for the sellers?
I don’t know personally, but I would check their feedback rating and contact their previous customers. You can do this by just clicking on their user names and then clicking on a link which say contact member, i believe.
I’ve done this before when I purchased a van on eBay and I wanted to find out the previous quality of vehicles that a seller on eBay was selling. Just be polite and state why you are contacting them and ask them what was their experience with this seller. I would contact the customers that purchased an item a while ago.
You’ll have to make sure the website have good content and isn’t just another template factory. Can you find a good one for sale? Yes. You have to search, evaluate, search, evaluate, at least several hundred times.
Needles in a cornfield.
Generally they are all scams. For more info check out Clarkhoward.com. He is a consumer advocate and has links on his site to check out home based business scams.

I bet you’ll find out faster if you try it. I don’t think all of them are scams. I think it’s like this. 5/1000
